Born in Singapore and having lived across three continents,  Asia, Europe, and North America, Wendy Leung brings a rare global perspective to the Bay Area real estate market. Before finding her passion in real estate, Wendy built a career as a top financial planner in Singapore, where she managed a portfolio of 500+ clients with a 98% retention rate. That foundation in financial strategy and client care now gives her real estate clients a meaningful advantage, whether evaluating investment potential, analyzing market value, or navigating the nuances of new construction purchases.

Now firmly rooted in Palo Alto, Wendy specializes in the Bay Area's competitive real estate landscape.
