As a fourth generation Mid-Peninsula native, Katherine grew up with a deep love for the Bay Area and all that it has to offer - including the strong sense of community, limitless opportunity, and celebration of all cultures. She realized her passion for real estate after years of going to open houses and broker tours with her dad (Greg Celotti) and visiting the Compass office in Palo Alto (where she would sell girl scout cookies to fellow agents). Now, Katherine works alongside her dad and aunt, Candi Athens, as a part of the Celotti Group. With over 50 years of combined experience, the Celotti Group has earned their success through their customer centric approach and extensive local knowledge. Katherine, Greg, Candi and Liz know the inner workings of the neighborhoods, schools, and amenities that make up the Mid-Peninsula. Most importantly, they genuinely care about their clients and are committed to their total satisfaction.
For sellers, the Celotti Group expertly manages the entire home preparation - whether it's simply painting/landscaping or an extensive remodel - and only advises their clients to do work if the return will be at least twice the investment. They leverage multiple marketing resources and networking tools to ensure the property receives maximum exposure worldwide. Additionally, they skillfully negotiate to secure the best terms and highest possible price - setting neighborhood records throughout the peninsula!
For buyers, they provide deep insights about the different communities and neighborhoods on the peninsula, since location is one of the most important aspects of a property. Once a home of interest is identified, they thoroughly review and evaluate the disclosures, inspections and overall health of the property and provide excellent counsel on its estimated value. Their strong rapport with other agents and knowledge of the market gives their clients the upper hand when submitting offers, especially in a competitive market. They will help you find the best neighborhood and home for your needs, within your budget.
Katherine attended St. Charles School in San Carlos and St. Francis High School in Mountain View. After she graduated from the University of Santa Barbara, California, she moved back to the Bay Area and got her real estate license. She currently resides in San Mateo but frequently visits her parents (and their Golden Retriever, Hank) in San Carlos. When Katherine is not working, she enjoys attending San Francisco Giants games with friends and family, hiking with Hank at Stulsaft Park in Redwood City, and meeting with her Book Club!
